ANYONE who preys on children deserves to spend the rest of their natural life in prison.     "He came up and tried to sneak a picture of my daughter climbing out of this wagon in a short dress"... Authorities did not identify the officer, but confirmed that he works for the Los Angeles Police Department... The man was not arrested and police said the photos of the children were not considered pornographic. Police, however, took his camera but did not confiscate his gun because he carries a license.
